Privacy Policy

What we collect

There are only three ways this website gets anything about you:

• The enquiry form. If you use the form on our contact page, we receive the name, email address, preferred date and message you type into it. Nothing else — the form has no hidden fields beyond a spam trap that bots fill in and people never see.
• WhatsApp and email. If you message us, we hold that conversation — your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us — the same way any business holds its messages.
• Anonymous visit statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and how often the Book buttons are tapped. It is privacy-friendly by design: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no device fingerprinting, and no way for us to identify you from it. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of any kind.

What we use it for

To reply to you, confirm a session time and meeting point, and keep you safe in the water — for example knowing your surfing experience, or a health issue you tell us about. That is all. We do not send marketing emails, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who else can see it

We do not sell or trade your information, ever. A small number of service providers handle it on our behalf, each only for the part they do:

• Formspree — delivers the enquiry form to our inbox.
• Vercel — hosts this website and provides the anonymous analytics.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — carries the messages you send us, under WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
• Google — hosts the map embed and our public business listing.

These providers operate outside Indonesia, so your enquiry may be processed overseas. We will also disclose information if the law genuinely requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and messages are kept while we are arranging your session and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back or a question comes up. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us and we will sort it out — there is no form to fill in. If you would rather not leave any details at all, just message us on WhatsApp without using the enquiry form.

Photos

We sometimes take photos and video during sessions, and love sharing the good ones. If you would rather not appear on our website or Instagram, tell your instructor on the day — or message us afterwards and we will take the image down.

Children

Children are welcome in the water with a parent, but this website is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect their details. A parent or guardian should make the booking.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the page and the date at the top. Material changes will be obvious — we are not going to bury them.
